How to Download Individual Files
Once you’ve completed either a basic search or advanced search in Onna you may want to move some of those files out of Onna. There are two options to get data out of Onna:
- Export: If you need the metadata and/or have a large set of files you will want to export that data out of Onna. You can learn more about how to export from Onna in the How to Configure and Download an Export article.
- Download Files From Search: If you just want a local copy of a file or have a small set of files, downloading the files directly from your set of search results is also an option.
