What is OnnAcademy?
OnnAcademy is your go-to, self-serve training tool. It includes courses to help you at every step as you learn to use Onna. Whether you are a brand new user or have been working in Onna for a while, there is content in OnnAcademy that will help enhance your experience working with Onna.
Inside OnnAcademy you’ll find courses that cover every feature included in Onna as well as four distinct learning plans:
- Core User Training
- Advanced User Training
- Core Admin Training
- Advanced Admin Training
These learning plans were designed by our in-house learning experts to take you from beginner to expert user quickly.
How to Register for OnnAcademy
To begin registration, navigate to learn.onna.com. Then, follow the instructions below:
Step1Go to learn.onna.com Once on the signin page click on the link to ‘Register’ at the bottom of the screen. |

Step 2Complete the registration form (a). All fields are required. IMPORTANT: In the field branch name (b) the default value will be ‘Customer’. If you are a Partner, please click the arrow for the drop down and select ‘Partner’ from the menu. Registering in the correct branch ensures the learning content is targeted for your use of Onna. When finished, click the link at the bottom of the form to ‘Register’ (c). |

Step 3You’ll now see a message appear indicating that your registration went through and that you need to check your email for the verification link to get logged in. Head to your email inbox to find the link. |

Step 4You will receive an email with the subject line: IMPORTANT: The link is only valid for 48 hours. |

Step 5You will then see a message indicating that your registration is complete. Click on the link to sign in. You’re now registered and able to log in to OnnAcademy and start learning. |
