Improved Features

Workspaces When copying files to a folder, it is now possible to retry copying of any files that failed to copy. This will save you time, as it is a more efficient alternative to reselecting the failed items individually. You will now see a success message when all files have been copied. This message will show:
a. The number of items successfully copied b. The number of items that failed to copy c. Next to the items that failed to copy you will see a blue ‘Retry’ link. Click this link to try copying failed items again. Learn more about How to Copy and Move Files
Advanced Search You now have the ability to include or exclude search results that belong to a specific preservation, allowing you to further customize your Advanced Searches. To include a preservation in your advanced search, you will:
a. Select the Property: ‘Parent workspace name’ b. Select the Condition: ‘Contains’ c. Begin typing in the name of the preservation in the field next to ‘Contains’. Once you begin typing in the preservation name you will be prompted with a dropdown list of existing preservation names to choose from. Learn more about How to Create an Advanced Search.
Cloud Transfer Exports If you see that a Cloud Transfer Export has failed you can now click on the ellipsis next to ‘Cloud transfer (SFTP)’ and select either ‘Retry transfer’ or ‘Unlink cloud transfer’ from the dropdown menu that appears. This allows you to continue moving forward with your cloud transfer export with fewer steps.
You are now able to test a cloud transfer connection prior to selecting it for export. This allows you to avoid failed transfers upon export, making your workflow more efficient. Learn more about How to Use Cloud Transfer.
Export Configuration On the ‘Export configuration: Metadata’ page you are now able to select additional metadata fields including: Embedded file creation date, Embedded file modification date, Embedded printed date, Embedded last author/modified by, and Embedded author. These fields will be exported as individual columns in the CSV. Please note: these values will be null if the file does not support this specific kind of metadata, if the metadata was not populated, or if the resource was created before November 7, 2022.
On the ‘Export configuration: Package’ page you are now able to separate metadata for related users into separate columns for Members, Active members, and/or Mentioned members on the 'Export configuration: Package' page. Please note that this feature is only available in Slack and Teams.It is also only available when you’re not exporting single messages. Learn more about Onna Export Fields.
Audit Logs Admin users and those with the Audit Log special permission will now be able to download a CSV of platform audit logs. This feature will enhance your security processes by allowing you to share platform audit logs with security or IT personnel who may not be Onna users. Usage Metrics Inside the Usage Metrics app, you have the ability to download CSV reports related to your platform and application usage. Should there be an error downloading the CSV, you will now receive an error message with a direct link to contact support for assistance.
Notifications Instead of receiving an email indicating a source sync has completed, users will now receive an email when sources are synced, processed, indexed and ready for searching and exporting.

Fixed Issues

Admin

• The issue in ‘Audit logs’ where users were not able to see the dates they were filtering by has been fixed and users are now able to see the dates they are filtering audit logs by. 

Workspaces

• The issue blocking users from copying previously copied files is now resolved, and you are now able to copy a file that was previously copied. 
• The issue causing file count discrepancies when copying files from search has now been resolved, and file counts are correctly displaying. 
• The issue leading to workspaces shared with user groups only showing individual resources has been resolved, and now all users with access to a workspace can view the individual resources as well as the underlying data sources.

Search

• The issue causing Giphy images to display improperly in Slack Enterprise has been resolved and Giphy images are now properly rendered.
• The issue causing an inability to preview Doc/Docx files has been resolved, and Doc/Docx files are now properly rendered when you select an individual search result.
• The issue causing an inability to preview bulleted and numbered lists in Slack Enterprise has been resolved and lists are now properly rendered when you view them in Onna. 
• The issue where  mentions of @channel or @here in Slack Enterprise do not show up when viewing conversations in Onna has been resolved and mentions of @channel or @here are now properly rendered. 
• The issue where users with the Onna Role of ‘Member’ were not allowed to perform identity searches has been resolved and now members are able to perform identity sources in data sources that support identity searching. 

Preservations

• The issue where users could not create a preservation for data for a date range of one day has been resolved and you are now able to create data preservations for a date range of one day. 
• The issue causing the group ‘Everyone’ to automatically appear in the ‘Add people’ field when editing a preservation has been resolved and no longer appears unless the preservation initially included ‘Everyone’.

Export

•  The issue causing cloud transfer status to show incorrectly has been fixed and you are now able to see the correct status of a cloud transfer. 
• The issue causing deleted or expired exports to be rescheduled (leading to errors) has been fixed and deleted/expired exports are functioning properly. 
• The issue causing exports to remain stuck has been resolved and exports are no longer delayed. 
• The issue blocking the generation of  finished cloud transfer audit logs has been resolved, and audit logs are now generated upon completion of the transfer.

Usage Metrics App

• When exporting a CSV of usage metrics, the CSV previously included information about processing and storage related to preservations. This information has been removed from the CSV. It is important to note that data included in preservations within Onna does not impact storage or processing as the data included in preservations has already been processed and stored. 

API

• A new version of the Onna Platform API specification is now available. The updated specification, which includes enhancements to the API documentation and example CURL requests, is available on the Onna Developer Hub.

On-Premise

• We have released an update to the eDiscovery application, version 2.0.61 which will now optionally support collecting from Confluence Servers with internal ip addresses.
