Where is the data hosted?
This depends on how you’d like Onna to be deployed inside your organization. We have a cloud solution where your data would be hosted in our own cloud infrastructure. If you’d prefer for the deployment to be done on-premise, all data would be hosted by you.
How scalable is Onna?
Onna is scalable to your needs - however intensive those may be! This is thanks to Kubernetes, our horizontal architecture and orchestrated deployment system. Need more details on how it works? Let us know and we’re happy to explain.
What if I need to collect from a different source that is not among the list you currently support?
Let us know! Your data source may already be on our roadmap for adding integrations. We’ll be able to tell you if it is, and if already scheduled, an estimate of when to expect it. We’re also happy to work with you if it's an urgent matter.
