How to Export a Advanced Search
Once you’ve identified the data you need, you may need to export it from Onna. You’re able to export data from a basic search, a saved search, an advanced search, or all the data in a single workspace or source. This article will focus on how to export data from an advanced search.
Please note that once you’ve started the export process from an advanced search, you will want to reference the article How to Configure and Download an Export to learn more about how to configure an export to meet your needs.
To export an advanced search, follow the steps below:
Step 1Click on ‘Advanced Search’ from the main menu (a). Then, either build a new advanced search and save it, or click on the file to the left of the ‘Search name’ field (b). |

Step 2After clicking on the blue file icon, you’ll see a field appear called ‘Select a saved query’. Click on the arrow to the right of this to bring up a dropdown menu. Then, select the advanced search you want to export from that dropdown menu. |

Step 3Once you’ve clicked on the advanced search you want to export, click on the ‘Export’ icon to begin the export configuration workflow. |
