Admin Preferences
The ‘Admin preferences’ page of your Onna site is where you can go to do things like set up SAML, enable sources, and customize the functionality of your site. Changes made here affect your entire Onna site, and thus how your users can operate within your site. Below you will learn more about how to navigate through your ‘Admin preferences’ page:
Manage Account Preferences
On the ‘Account’ page you will be able to adjust your site settings and set up SAML. To set your preferences follow the steps below:
Step 1:When navigating to the ‘Admin preferences’ page from the main menu you will, by default, land on the ‘Account’ page. |

Step 2:To set your site setting preferences click on the arrow next to ‘Site settings’ to expand the section. From here, you can: a. Set your company name b. Insert the URL of your brand logo to be displayed in the upper left corner of your site c. Insert the name of your ‘Custom support’ link found in the user profile (e). d. Insert the URL for the ‘Custom support’ link found in the user profile (e). f. When done click the blue ‘Save’ button to save your changes |

Manage Sources Preferences
On the ‘Sources’ page you will be able to enable sources, configure sources, set retention policies, and enter a Microsoft domain (if needed). To set your preferences follow the steps below:
Step 1:From the ‘Admin preferences’ page, navigate to the ‘Sources’ page. |

Step 2:To enable non-enterprise, web based sources: a. Click on the arrow next to ‘Enabled sources’ to expand the section. b. Toggle to ‘Yes’ next to any sources you want your users to have visibility to connect to inside your site. If a source is not checked your users will not see the sources as an option to connect to when setting up syncs. |

Step 3:To enable enterprise sources: a. Click on the arrow next to ‘Enabled Enterprise sources’ to expand the section. b. Toggle to ‘Yes’ next to any sources you want your users to have visibility to connect to inside your site. If a source is not checked your users will not see the sources as an option to connect to when setting up syncs. |

Step 4:To configure syncing options for your sources: a. Click on the arrow next to ‘Sources configuration’ to expand the section. b. Put a check mark next to the syncing options you want to enable for your site. For more information on syncing options in Onna see Onna Sync Modes. |

Step 5:To set Onna specific retention policies: a. Click on the arrow next to ‘Retention policies’ to expand the section. b. Click ‘+ Add new policy’ Learn more about Retention Policies in Onna. |

Step 6:
The Microsoft Domain field will only show if the client has OneDrive, Outlook, or Sharepoint enabled. Some Microsoft 365 accounts require Admin Consent in order to connect Onna to their account. For users to connect Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, or Sharepoint as a User, then Onna Microsoft Application may need Admin consent in order to connect. To connect: a. Click on the arrow next to ‘Microsoft domain’ to expand the section. b. Enter the Microsoft domain in the field. c. Click the blue ‘Admin consent’ button. |
Manage Configuration Preference
On the ‘Configuration’ page you will be able to set your preferences for advanced configuration, advanced functionalities, two-step verification, and searchable fields. To set your preferences follow the steps below:
Step 1:From the ‘Admin preferences’ page, navigate to the ‘Configuration’ page. |

Step 2:To enable options such as external sharing or no notifying synced sources: a. Click on the arrow next to ‘Advanced configuration’ to expand the section. b. Put a check in the box next to each configuration you’d like to make to your site. |

Step 3:
To enable advanced functionalities: a. Click the arrow next to ‘Advanced functionalities’ to expand the section. b. Put a check in the box next to each functionality you’d like to enable for your site. |

Step 4:To enable two-step verification for your site: a. Click the arrow next to ‘Two-step verification’ to expand the section. b. Toggle to ‘Yes’ next to ‘Two-step verification’ |

Step 5:To select the search metadata fields you want available to your users: a. Click the arrow next to ‘Searchable fields’ to expand the section. b.
