There are times when you need to access certain files, sources, or workspaces more often than others. One way to improve the efficiency of your workflow is to mark commonly used files, sources, and/or workspaces as favorites. Doing so, allows you to access this information with fewer clicks.
How to Add a Workspace to Your Favorites
Step 1After navigating to the ‘Workspaces’ page (a), click on the ellipsis on the right side of the row of the workspace that you want to favorite (b). |

Step 2Click on ‘Favorite’ from the drop down menu that appears. Your workspace is now added to your favorites. |

How to Add a Source to Your Favorites
Step 1From either inside a workspace, or from your ‘My sources’ page, click on the ellipsis on the right side of the row of the source that you want to favorite. |

Step 2Click on ‘Favorite’ from the drop down menu that appears. Your source is now added to your favorites. |

How to Add a File to Your Favorites
Step 1After completing a search, click on the ellipsis on the right side of the row of the file that you want to favorite. |

Step 2Click on ‘Favorite’ from the drop down menu that appears. Your file is now added to your favorites. |

How to Unfavorite
To unfavorite either a workspace, source, or file, you will find the object, click on the related ellipsis and from the drop down that appears click ‘Unfavorite’. The object has now been removed from your favorites. |
How to Search Favorites
Favorites PageThe first way you can use favorites to search is by navigating to the ‘Favorites’ page from your main menu (a). Then, from inside your favorites you can use the search feature as you would use it to search elsewhere (b).

Search BarYou can combine search operators to find the files you’re looking for. You are able to combine favorites with other operators as part of your search. To include favorites in your search use: is:favorite When using the favorites operator all items marked as favorite will be included in your search results including entire workspaces and sources. |
