How to Reset Your Password

Step 1: 

Navigate to your Onna sign in page and click on the link that says ‘Forgot password’

Step 2:

You’ll now see the ‘Reset password’ page appear. On this screen

1. Enter the email associated with your account
2. Click ‘Send’

Step 3:

After clicking send you will receive an email from support@onna.io with a Reset Password link. Click the link to navigate to the ‘Change password’ page. 

Note: The link is for one time usage and valid for 24 hours.

Step 4: 

Once on the  ‘Change password’ page you will: 

1. Enter your new password
2. Confirm your new password
3. Click ‘Change’

Note: All passwords must meet password requirements.

Your password will now be changed.
