Copying Files To Folder:
There are two ways to copy files to another folder or workspace:
-
Copying using the search bar
-
Copying by manual selection
Copying using the search bar:
Within the search results view of the desired source, click on the three dots to open the search results action menu.

Next, select the option Copy results to folder.

The next window gives a few options on where to copy the files. Files can be copied to My sources, Shared with me, Workspaces.

Once a selection has been made scroll through any existing subfolders within the category. When the correct location has been selected click Copy here to move to the next step.

After the copy process has been confirmed there will be a notification at the bottom of the page showing that the copy has started.

Note: While the copy is in progress do not make modifications to the source itself (such as deleting it) or make changes to the destination folder. This can cause a disruption in the copy process and will result in errors.
As the files are copied they will start to populate within the destination folder. Refreshing the browser and seeing the total number of files increasing in that folder is a good indicator of the copying progress.
Copying by manual selection:
Navigate to a source, search result, or a folder that needs to be copied from. From there, hover over the file icons until a blank check box appears, click to manually select the files that should be copied.

Once the desired files have been selected, click the three dots on the right-hand side, then select Copy selected to.

The next window gives a few options on where to copy the files. The selected files can be copied to My sources, Shared with me, Workspaces.

Once one of the above options has been selected, there will then be the option to add the files to an existing folder or create a new destination folder. Click Copy here to finalize the selection.
