New features

View the progress of an export

We redesigned the export page to give you a more comprehensive tracking of the status of your exports. When you click the export name, you are taken into a detailed view where you can check the export's basic information and status. You can also review the configuration of the export by clicking the ellipsis (...) and then View configuration details.

Selection of sync mode and sync range added for Microsoft Outlook Enterprise

When adding a Microsoft Outlook Enterprise Datasource, you can now select the sync mode (Auto-sync, Auto-sync and archive, or one time) and the sync date range.

Bugs fixed

• Box no longer requires exact case sensitivity when uploading users.

• SAML option now stays selected even if the user cancels the edits.

• The "Sync future channels" option appears correctly in the User Interface.

• Resolved "Temporary failure in origin" error during Zendesk collections.
