Here are the most significant product updates for the week of April 26, 2021. Here you can find what’s new, improved, or fixed in Onna. If you have feedback, questions, or need support, you can email support@onna.com.
New features
Microsoft Outlook Enterprise: add users by typing their emails
When creating new Microsoft Outlook Enterprise Collections, you can add users individually by typing their emails manually, instead of having to load the entire user list. The option to load the user list is still available.
Quip Enterprise: create company-wide collections
When creating a Quip Enterprise collection, there’s new and optimized sync that will allow you to collect documents from the entire organization more efficiently. Documents will be listed under the user who created the document, rather than the full file path. You can currently create this collection only using the API. We recommend you to have only one of these collections per account. Please reach out to Onna support (support@onna.com) if you wish to configure this collection.
Improved features
Updated Slack Enterprise authentication protocol
The authentication process when creating Slack Enterprise collections has been updated with Slack’s most recent OAuth authentication protocol.
Improved location for the Include family members setting in Exports
When creating an export, you will now find the Include family members setting at the bottom of the dialog with the first two export type options. If you choose Advanced export, you will find the setting on the Package configuration screen.
The GSuite connector is now called Google Workspace
Google's collection of productivity apps - known for years as GSuite - was rebranded by Google to Google Workspace. We renamed our connector too to match the new name and make it easier for you to find.
