Improved features

These are the improvements to existing features that you will see starting from this release.

Slack Enterprise Workflow Improvement

Decrease the time to load organization and multi-workspace channels for an enterprise grid account.

You have three options for loading and syncing organization and multi-workspace channels:

1) Do Not Load - This option will not load any organization or multi-workspace channels;

2) Load All - This will load all organization and multi-workspace channels independent of the workspaces selected

3) Load only those for selected workspaces - This option will load all organization-wide channels, but filter the multi-workspace channels to include only those from the selected workspaces. In order to filter these channels, a number of requests need to be made, which causes this option to take the longest.

Additionally, we have separated the option to “Include externally shared channels” as a separate selection.

Zoom - Load users by CSV or email

When syncing a Zoom account, you have the option to verify user accounts by their email. You still have the option to load all licensed user accounts.
