New features

These are the new feature capabilities from this release.

Zoom connector can now collect chats and more

With the updated Zoom connector you can now collect out of meeting chats from one-on-one and group chats, as well as channels. While creating the collection, you can also upload users from a CSV file. The connector still supports syncing meeting data, bringing in records and in-meeting chat.

In-place preservation for Slack and Google Vault (Beta)

Onna eDiscovery In-Place Preservation minimizes risk by instantly retaining data across multiple applications with a single action. It helps overcome the often time-consuming task of placing multiple holds across multiple applications, during which time data could be lost or tampered with. Customers can now set up a preservation once in Onna, with the required custodian data instantly held across multiple apps at once. Managing changes to an existing preservation, or releasing held data, is also far quicker and simpler.

Fixed issues

These are the most relevant bugs and issues that we fixed with this release.

• Export fails with errors when large images in a message are present.

• A User is unable to share a folder with others.

• SSO could not be used in the "Zapproved" integration with Onna.

• "ESlack" Wrong synced threads are displayed in the view details panel.

• View details panel missing information.

• Loading more than 100 "Dropbox" Users was causing an error

• "Zoom" Credentials were failing to refresh when adding a new source
