Improved features

These are the improvements to existing features that you will see starting from this release.

Zoom - Collect Chat for Basic Users as well as Licensed Users

Chat from Zoom’s Basic license users is now able to be collected. The user's license level is displayed in this listing of accounts.

Collect Trash from Box Enterprise

For Box Enterprise collections, users now have the option to collect files in the trash for the accounts selected. For folders that are in the trash, a file will be uploaded to a “Deleted Folders” folder in “Trash” under each user collected with the listing of the deleted folders.

Fixed issues

These are the most relevant bugs and issues that we fixed with this release.

• After creating the first data source, an empty source page appears

• Zendesk Internal Notes are labeled with an internal notes tag now.
