Improved features

These are the improvements to existing features that you will see starting from this release.

New Login Page Design

On your next visit to your Onna site, you will see a new login page design incorporating the latest OAuth 2.0 security standards. The login page is responsive, meaning you can log in from your browser, mobile or tablet devices.

Onna Home Landing Page

When you log into Onna, you will see a new Onna Home landing page where all of your available apps will appear on your Onna Platform. Admins will see two applications on the page. One for our current eDiscovery solution, and another directly to the admin features within eDiscovery. For standard users without admin privileges, they will see only the eDiscovery app.

In the future, this Home page will become the launching point for all new Knowledge Discovery applications built on our Knowledge Integration Platform (by either Onna, partners or customers).

Fixed issues

These are the most relevant bugs and issues that we fixed with this release.

• Export template missing conversation fields.

• Detail panel comments not saving.

• Multi-Download file button not working in search results page.

• Selecting to copy results to a folder does not perform any action.

• "Zoom" meeting files are no longer being collected when not selected in configuration.

• "Slack Enterprise" collection no longer erring when a user is not found in a custodian collection.

• "Dropbox Business" will not trigger out of memory errors.
