During the standard collection process resources go through the following steps before they become available in Onna:
Retrieved using the connector's API
Processed via the Onna platform
At times files do not always process successfully into Onna. When this happens Onna provides a list of files that can be downloaded via a CSV. In order to download and view the list of unprocessed files, navigate to the data source in question and click on view details found in the top right corner.
In the event there are unprocessed files you will see a button to download unprocessed files from the detail panel:
Some of the unprocessed files are container files that are back-end system files that are separate from the data collected in your syncs. The conversation container files are not related to processing individual channels from Slack and can be ignored.
We plan on hiding the conversation container files from the unprocessed aggregation in a future release.
How do I see additional information on why a resource failed to process into Onna?
Unprocessed files are automatically reviewed by the Onna platform every six hours.
In the event that you require additional information on why a resource could not be processed into Onna please contact support.
Does Onna capture processing exceptions?
Yes, Onna does capture processing exceptions for individual files. Additional information on processing exceptions can be found here.
Is there an option to view all unprocessed files for a workspace?
Yes, within a workspace execute a blank search by clicking on the magnifying glass found in the basic search bar. Once the search results have returned enable filters. The filter file type should be enabled. In the event there are any unprocessed files within the workspace the value unprocessed will be available under the filter file type. The value may not appear if all files were processed into Onna.
