Improved Features

• You are now able to type the date into the search builder reference field in addition to selecting the date from the date selector tool, allowing for more flexibility in your workflow. 
• When we are unable to render a custom emoji image, we will now display text. For example 🌼would display as :blossom: 
• You now have the option to select either native files only or PDF files only or include both native and PDF files when configuring a custom export. This will ensure you have only what you need and will enhance the performance of your export. 

You will now see a search bar on the workspaces page, source holds page,  preservations page, and legal holds page where you’re able to search for specific workspaces, source holds, preservations, or legal holds, without scrolling through your list, increasing the efficiency of your workflow.

• When you have more than 10 saved searches you are now able to filter your saved searches to find what you’re looking for quickly–improving the efficiency of your workflow. 
• You’re now able to multi-select identities in search when you’re building a query with multiple identities. Learn more in the article Getting Started with Search in Onna.

Fixed Issues

Search

• The issue where members were not allowed to perform identity searches has been resolved. 
• The issue where the relative date (ie: yesterday 11:05 am UTC) was rendering in syncs of Slack messages has been resolved and now the absolute date (ie: /5/2/2024 11:05 am UTC) will show. 
• The issue where a search could not be shared if you clicked the search button before entering a user to share with has been resolved. 
• Since guest users are not able to search for identity we have removed the ‘identity’ field from the search builder feature for all guest users.

Export

• The issue where resources are missing from exports where there was a search of a preservation and filters were applied to the search has been resolved. 

Preservations

• The issue where a ‘Shared Workspace” email is sent when a preservation is what was actually shared has been resolved. Users will no get a ‘Shared Preservation email” as expected.
