Improved Features & Updates

  • You will now see enhanced clarification in the UI when revoking authorized connection credentials and/or cloud transfer credentials, offering you deeper understanding of the impacts of revoking credentials. Learn more about managing cloud transfer connections and authorized connections. 
  • From within the Identity Mapping section of Onna, it is now possible to see if any authorized connections used for your identity sources are experiencing an error. Should you notice a red ‘!’ next to an identity source, you will need to address an issue with the authorized connection for that identity source.   • The Twitter Connector has been deprecated and is no longer available as a selection in Admin preferences. 
  • When files are not included in an export you will now find a new column, ‘Resource_ID’ in the ‘skipped-files.txt’ produced by the export. This field will be populated with the UUID (Universally Unique Identifier) a document is assigned in Onna. 
  • When notifications are sent for a matter in Integrated Legal Holds, the notification will be identified as ‘In progress’ until it has officially been sent. Once sent, the send date will replace ‘In progress’ in the ‘Hold details’ section. 
  • You are now able to select ‘Related users’ when exporting with a RSMF export. 
  • Export performance has been enhanced when ‘Single message’ and ‘Message list’ are both selected for export. In this case your export will no longer show a ‘Message list_list’ field. Instead, messages will be broken into individual columns. 
  • You are now able to perform more nuanced date searches in basic search. New date search operators include: 
    • Created-before:MM/DD/YYYY- Searches data that was created before a certain date in the native application.
    • Created-after: MM/DD/YYYY- Searches data that was created after a certain date in the native application.
    • Created-on-or-before: MM/DD/YYYY- Searches data that was created on or before a certain date in the native application.
    • Created-on-or-after: MM/DD/YYYY- Searches data that was created on or after a certain date in the native application.
    • Modified-before:MM/DD/YYYY- Searches data that was modified before a certain date in the native application.
    • Modified-after: MM/DD/YYYY- Searches data that was modified after a certain date in the native application.
    • Modified-on-or-before: MM/DD/YYYY- Searches data that was modified on or before a certain date in the native application.
    • Modified-on-or-after: MM/DD/YYYY- Searches data that was modified on or after a certain date in the native application.
    • Effective-before:MM/DD/YYYY- Searches contract data that has an effective date before a certain date in the native application.
    • Effective-after: MM/DD/YYYY- Searches contract data that has an effective date after a certain date in the native application.
    • Effective-on-or-before: MM/DD/YYYY- Searches contract data that has an effective date  on or before a certain date in the native application.
    • Effective-on-or-after: MM/DD/YYYY- Searches contract data that has an effective date  on or after a certain date in the native application.

  • The issue where the detail panel is showing an incorrect value when syncing channels created in the future has been resolved. 
  • The issue where authorized connection credentials for MS Teams do not refresh automatically and appear to become invalid every few weeks has been resolved. 
  • The issue causing Slack Enterprise syncs to fail to complete has been resolved. 
  • The issue, when setting up a new sync with Slack Enterprise, where workplace selection for the sync is not saving has been resolved. 
  • Errors reported during Jira collections have been resolved. 
  • The issue where Slack collections are blocked due to a processing error with Canvas files has been resolved. 
  • The issue where some resources were missing from a Google collection has been resolved. 
  • The issue preventing recurring syncs from some Zendesk sources has been resolved. 
  • The issue preventing recurring syncs from some Google Workspace sources has been resolved.
  • The issue causing some Slack Enterprise syncs to time out has been resolved. 

Export

  • The issue where emails were not being sent upon completion of exports has been resolved. 
  • The issue reported where exports are missing PDFs (when included in the export) has been resolved.
    Please note:  If you have configured an export to include PDFs as well as native files, only files less than 10MB in size will include a PDF. If a file is larger than 10MB no PDF will be generated. This means: 
    • There will be no PDF present in the PDF folder.
    • The metadata file will not contain a PDF path for the file
  •  The issue where the single message column does not match up with the data column in an export file has been resolved. 

Integrated Legal Holds

  • The issue where users were not notified when ILH notifications hit an error has been resolved.
