In the ‘Configuration’ section of ‘Admin preferences’ there are four sections available to customize your Onna site. Those sections include Advanced configuration, Advanced functionalities, Two-step verification, and Searchable fields. This article will cover how to set ‘Advanced configuration’ settings, and how to configure Searchable Fields.

How to Set Advanced Configuration Settings
Step 1:From the ‘Admin preferences’ page, navigate to the ‘Configuration’ section. |

Step 2:Click on the arrow next to ‘Advanced configuration’ to expand the section (a). Once in the ‘Advanced configuration’ section, you will see two options (b) to enable for your site.
Select the options you want to enable by putting a check mark next to the configuration setting. |
How to Configure Searchable Fields
The ‘Searchable fields’ section is where you’re able to select which metadata fields you want to make available to your Onna users when they perform an advanced search. To learn how to configure searchable fields, follow the steps below:

Then, put a check in the box next to any metadata fields you want available for your users to use when searching (b). Once you’ve selected the fields you want to include, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the blue ‘Save’ button (c). Learn more about Onna Searchable Fields. |
